Re: $9700 off MSRP [m4m]: by shmang on Wed Oct 07 07:07:50 PDT 2009; Now, that makes sense. Those MBs are terrible when it comes to reliabilities - some looks pretty sharp though. The M45 is actually in the same league as LS460 and MB 430/500, but it cost less and with the timing and rebate, grab one while you can is basically a no brainer now.

But, what do you mean aging E350 - if you are talking about Lexus E350, I believe 2007 is the first year, so it is only less than 3 years old - I wish I can call a less than 3 year old car aging AND get my wife to agree to it :)

09 FX35 w/premium/navigation/touring - Texas: by rockhound2 on Tue Sep 22 15:50:24 PDT 2009; I live in Houston, TX and had a hard time dealing with local dealerships, partly because the color/option combo was rare (RWD, slate blue/graphite, with premium, navigation & deluxe touring). West Infiniti would never give quote (Just come visit!) Emailed every dealership in 300mi radius of Houston. Best offers were from Orr Infiniti in Shreveport at $43037 and Grubbs Infiniti (Euless, TX - near Ft. Worth) at $43073 ($3609 below dealer invoice+destination fee, $7887 below MSRP). Austin Infiniti would have matched the deal, but didn't have the Slate Blue. I went with Grubbs due to drive convenience. Rented an Enterprise car, drove up, and conveniently dropped it off right next door to the dealership! Drove the FX home last weekend - great car!!
