Check out freshalloy and look for "DFW Infiniti" at Grubbs Infiniti in Fort Worth, TX. They are selling sedans at close to invoice and will ship anywhere in the lower 48. Bought my 6MT sedan from him last July at very little over invoice. Give them a call, you won't regret it. DO NOT PAY MSRP for sedans!

$26,995: by tturedraider on Sat Sep 20 07:50:12 PDT 2003; fyi - I was just on Grubbs Infiniti's website - www.grubbs.com . They have '03 I35's discounted $4340. $31335 - 4340 = $26995. That is for a "basic" I35 - sunroof/rear sunshade, splash guards and trunk mat. Oh yeah, Grubbs is in the mid-cities of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Just thought inquiring minds might want to know. ;-)

6MT Sedan: by dfd3 on Wed Jul 02 13:31:59 PDT 2003; Yes, I did buy at Grubbs. Yes, I am having fun with the manual. I do not typically find myself in alot of stop and go traffic, so the manual is not a problem. In fact, to me it makes the 3.5L engine come alive. Gears ratios for 1-5 are very close, so the engine tends to stay in it's powerband. When I initially test drove the 6MT, I was amazed at the difference in the "seat of the pants" feel of the car. I really felt those 260 FP's of torque. The tough thing now is waiting until 1200 miles to open it up. As all G35 owners know, this engine really likes to rev, so I have to watch the tach. The shifter has a very short throw and shifts are a short "snick-snick". It feels very precise to me. If you are a 5AT owner and have not driven the 6MT I highly recommend doing so.
