You are right, it was not 66%. It was a typo - you can see that I had the residual dollar amount correct there.

There's no way that the residual is the same 66% at 24 months AND 36 months.

I was told that all the fees are taken care of and I didn't have to pay anything at signing the papers. I have talked to the dealer more and I have the 6% tax that brings my monthly payment to <551 on 25 month lease with 15k miles. Is this a good deal?
