Buying a car from a Infiniti Car Dealer

Re: 2010 EX35 with 8k off from MSRP [redhotslk] by m6user on Thu Nov 04 19:06:06 PDT 2010

Yeah, it looks like you got hit for about $1k more than areas where there are a lot of Infiniti dealers like Chicago, LA, etc. but for Charlotte, NC that is probably a pretty good price. Good luck on your window. Did they give you a loaner to drive if you can't get your window up. Getting cold nowadays even in Charlotte. ;)

I bought at Lake Norman Infiniti, Charlotte NC. I think it's a good deal, but it not a best deal. I don't like the way they add the Dealer Package of $995 (windows tint, nitrogen filling, wheel lock, mystar service and loaner car) to MSRP and you don't have a choice. Plus their processing fee ($599) is too high compare with other dealer. I bought from them because they gave me good trade-in for my Honda Accord (500 more than KBB excellent trade-in value). After have the car for 2 days and 400 miles, the rear right window doesn't work (roll down but can't roll up) i went back to dealer and they don't have part in stock so i have to bring back during the Thanksgiving Holidays to get it fixed. Other than that, I had great experience with the staffs. saleman, sale manager, and financial manager... they're great......they waited for me until 10:30pm to complete the deal.

Purchased G37 yesterday by mseenviro on Sun Apr 18 07:31:27 PDT 2010

I've been lurking on here for a couple of weeks. I just took a new job with a sweet car allowance. I did a lot of research and narrowed it down to either the Audi A4 or Infiniti G37. The Audi is a nice car, but the 2WD version only has CVT and a turbo 4 cyl. The Infiniti offered a lot more power and I love the 7 speed AT with the manual shifting option. I contacted approximately 10 dealers looking for the best price. I found a couple of dealers who offered slightly lower prices, but I got a better trade on my 08 Accord with the deal I took. I purchased from Lake Norman Infiniti near Charlotte, NC. My G37 is the Sedan, RWD, Journey, with Preferred Package, Liquid Platinum with Graphite. MSRP was $37,650, my price was $32,188 so approximately $2500 under invoice. I took advantage of the 2.9% 60 month financing, so with trade equity, $1400 down, taxes and fees, I financed $30,665 for payments of $550.00 per month. I do not have an Infiniti dealer near me, so I shopped dealers in Charlotte and Atlanta. Because I'll be working a lot in North Carolina, Charlotte made the most sense. I purchased from Lake Norman Infiniti, about 20 minutes north of Charlotte. I had to haggle a little with them, but they made it fairly easy and it was an overall pleasant process. Based on the deals I was seeing on here, I am pleased with my deal. I probably could have saved another $100/200 had I played dealers off against one another, but it wasn't worth the time and effort. I drove the car home through the mountains yesterday and had a blast using the manual shifter. What an awesome car! Now I just have to figure out the electronics!

Re: How to find G37 Sedan Base ? [just_alex] by infiniti427 on Wed Mar 24 12:50:13 PDT 2010

Alex, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you... here are the other dealers in the area you gave me to look that are getting Base 2010 G Sedans in the month of April. Infiniti of Willow Grove (1): They are just outside the Philly area. My Internet Director who has been with us for a year used to work there for a few years. Infiniti of Charlotte (2) Crossroads Infiniti (3): They're located in Raleigh NC. Hope this helps!

Just the facts by jam550 on Sat Apr 26 07:14:35 PDT 2008

Hello all, Great insights on this board - I am hoping to just get to the bottom line and have folks list out what I should expect to pay to lease an M35/M35x in Charlotte, NC. I will be looking for the base car with 36 months / 12k miles per year. Please let me know what my target cap cost should be when I speak to the dealers. Thanks!
