Sorry for the delay.... It was Circle.... West Long Branch, NJ... I will have to dig out paperwork for more details.
Just wanted to say thanks for all the info in this forum. Y'all helped me negotiate my first lease deal without even knowing it (I've previously only purchased cars). For your info: G35x Blue Slate/Graphite w/ aluminum Tech, Nav, Premium, Cargo Net, Splash Guards, all weather floor mats (dealer threw them in). 39 months/12K miles/yr MSRP: $41,330 Cap Cost: $36,866 Monthly PMT: $471.79 Cap Reduction: $500 (loyalty cash) Tax on Bank Fee & Doc Fee: $59.78 (NJ 7.0%) Doc Fee: $295 License fee: $350 Gov. Fees: $7.50 First PMT: $471.79 Bank Fee: $595.00 Total drive off: $2243 less $500 loyalty cash = $1743 Residual: 55% MF: .00135 I went with Circle Infiniti in West Long Branch, NJ. I looked at Douglas on Summit and West Chester down by Philly but Circle gave me the best deal.
I just picked up the following from Circle Infiniti in West Long Branch, NJ: 2006 FX35 AWD Diamond Graphite Touring Package Technology Package Sport Package Handsfree Package 12 month lease with 12k miles for $399 with $3000 total out of pocket I think that's a pretty good deal and Infiniti Financial told me I can extend for up to 6 months at the same rate. A 2007 similarly equipped model would go for over $600 with the same $$ down. The minor features that were added for 2007 (iPod connection, power retractable side mirrors & different wheels) are not worth waiting and the extra $$ Infiniti expects to offer a mid sized SUV in 2008 (like BMW X5, Acura MDX) to complete their SUV lineup. That's why they have the 12 month lease program on the FX until 10/31/06
Just started looking at an M35x (crimson or Twilight blue) w/ Journey and Nav. Local dealer (Harte Infiniti, West Haven , CT) has given me a quote using the Costco Auto Purchasing Program which takes 5% off the MSRP. With a sticker price of $48,500 that would bring me down to $46,075. It appears that there may be some better pricing out there for this vehicle. I'm not in a rush to purchase (would hope to have vehicle by Nov.). Would appreciate any feedback on dealer experiences and pricing in the Metro area. It would some NJ dealers are quite aggressive on price. I'm leaning towards purchasing rather than leasing for the fact that i drive 18,000+ miles per year. as far as purchase I'd be looking for a longer term deal as I what to keep costs in check as much as possible. Comments and feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. Any comments
