$6000 off MSRP any Infiniti
by kennykingma on Sun Sep 27 16:57:53 PDT 2009
I live in the Boston area and went to Prime Infiniti in Norwood, MA. Sales Rep said any car on lot is $6,000 off. MSRP for G37X with Premium and Nav is $41,065 less $6K is 35,065. This sounds like a really good deal to me. Rep said offer good thru end of Sept (Wed). However if you take the $6K off, no special APR would apply. Not sure if I would have to finance thru Infiniti if I take the offer. However, sounds like I should seriously consider it. I thought I would be paying at least $38K. Any opinion? Go for it or try and get more off? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I did not get the .9% financing. Based on what I was being told at various Infiniti dealerships ....., for ex., the one in Norwood, Ma., I could either take the 15% off the MSRP (around $6k off) or the .9% financing but they could not do both. That would have been great if I could have gotten to benefit off both.

Nice.., glad you got to benefit as well. It's a very good deal they've got going at FIELDS Infiniti in comparison to anything they've currently got going on around CT, NY and MA. The closest to a good deal prior to discovering FIELDS was with Norwood Infiniti in MA with 15% off MSRP but that wasn't good enough for me. I didn't get to ask any questions as to how the All Season Tires would fit the car and how they'll impact the handing; however, the manager that provided the tires @ Glencoe Infiniti advised that I'd be better off with the All Season tires than the ones that came with the car. Not sure what I'll do for now. Did you recently purchase your G37?

Hey dat2, I had been diligently researching and going on test drives with local dealers. The furthest I had ventured out was Norwood, Ma which for me was only about a 1.5 hr ride. The best they were willing to do was $6k but no special financing so at best that just turned out to be a nice drive out of state for me. I was getting a bit discouraged with my hope of finding a deal I felt good about until I ran into the Edmunds forum and ESPECIALLY after I read your posting. My initial reaction was to think that there was either a catch or problem with the car; nevertheless, I was excited and hopeful. I immediately started my communication with Fields by way of email and phone each time becoming more confident that it was as you said, an "outstanding deal". What sealed the deal for me was when I asked them to send me proof that $10k would be taken off the MSRP. They were willing to fax me a 'bill of sale' once I provided them with a vehicle stock #. It all happened so quickly thereafter. In a matter of days I was on a plane to make the purchase. The trip was definitely worth making and their service iced the cake. So far, the car has been great fun and it is 'so me'...., atleast that's what I've been told. lol Anyhow, THANKS for your posting especially given the fact that you're already an owner of an '07 Coupe and yet thoughtful enough to post the info and allow hopefuls like myself benefit from it. I don't really care much for forums but I figured it was the only way I could continue what u started in 'paying it forward' by detailing my experience and expressing my appreciation. There are still plenty of '08 G37s available. The tires were definitely a tight squeeze but with folding the back seats, I managed to get all four in the back with minor obstruction to the rear view mirror. Sorry for the lengthy response but I'm both excited and grateful. Now it's time to find a great deal on a rear spoiler! Luis.

Just picked up my 08' G35x with premium, navigation, splash guards and cargo net for $35769 + Tax, Doc Fee, and RMV. Got the 3.9% APR. The car drives great. Can't wait to get past the break in period. Got it from Infiniti of Norwood. They didn't push for any extras, and were great when it came to picking up the car and doing paperwork. They are quoting me $625 on the clear bra protection. I would post that over on the other thread, but it seems inactive. Is this a good price for MA, or is there somewhere else I should look?

It was actually a purchase. On a 2008 fx 35 with touring & hands free, splash guards & cargo protector @ Infiniti of Norwood in MA $39.5k. The same colors both int and ext I was going to buy in 07 the day before, for roughly the same money.
