I also lived in the DC area and found JBA Infiniti of Ellicott City, MD to be by far the best dealership in the area for the quality of their people and willingness to work with a customer on pricing. At another dealership, I was offered a 2006 M45 with Premium package for $49,000. Living in MD, I really believe I have no need for an all-wheel drive car. My belief is borne out of the experience of living in other parts of the country with more snow and ice than MD. Enjoy your new ride. I'm loving mine. ;)

2007 Infiniti M45 with Tech: by gokarter on Fri Dec 29 15:07:27 PST 2006; Leased M45 with Tech for selling price of $48,000, Sales Tax and other fees tagged on an additional $3,000+. With a money factor of 0.00120(special for M45 under Infiniti's limited engagement event) and 0 down, monthly lease payment is $688 for 39 months. Paid the first month lease and drove off. The interesting thing was that I was offered $47,000 for the car if I was buying. The transaction was made in Maryland. Question from a lease newbie: by gokarter on Tue Dec 26 12:30:15 PST 2006; Had always purchased my cars but thinking of leasing this time around. I am looking at Infiniti M45 with Tech. The salesman at an infiniti dealership is quoting $49.5K, 39 month lease, 0.0012 MF, 55% Residual, $595 Acquisition Fee and $2500 total Initial payment for a monthly lease payment of $660. Based on discussion on this forum, I plan to eliminate or minimize the down payment, and instead do multiple security deposits to bring down the MF. My questions are: 1.) Is the purchase price offered a good one 2.) Are the lease terms good 3.) Does anyone on the forum know if sales tax on a car lease in my state of MD is charged on a car's purchase price OR on the monthly lease payment. 4.) Is multiple security deposits allowed in MD. ;)
