Re: 2007 Infiniti G35x AWD Prices [poorprof]

I have seen you write a similar message in the leases board, but I do not know what an "8 sec deps" is. Can you clarify this for me?
dealer cash and lease options

I hope this isn't a stupid question: Infiniti has a lease for about 375 per month with 2375 down payment. they also offer dealer cash of 2000. can I assume that this 2000 is credited toward the lease and just put 375 (first month's payment) toward the car +TTL and drive off with a new Infiniti? Or does this 2000 only apply to a purchase, or does the dealer have the discretion to use the 2000 toward the lease? OK, three stupid questions. ;)
Re: What Parts of the Lease Are Negotiable on G35? [az_shopper]

I have been reviewing the Edmunds information about incentives and deals. I see that the infiniti G35 has manufacturer to dealer cash of 2500, and that the lease deals offer $424/month for a G35 AWD with Premium package, and require 2500 down. Can I use the dealer cash as the 2500 down and actually drive off with no money down and 424 a month for a 36 month lease? or is the rate quoted IN ADDITION to my extra 2500 on top? I know it says that dealer participation may vary, but is it the norm for dealers to give up this cash to get you in a car at the special advertised lease rate?

It's been 6 months since I first set eyes on my first G and now I'm ready to buy. It seems like prices have dropped on the sedan while the coupe is holding at MSRP. I just got an over the phone quote from an Infiniti internet manager asking $30,589 for a sedan with the premium package. Is this pretty much in line?
First Infiniti experience

Like others here I was excited to test drive an Infiniti after much reading. Living 100 miles from the closest Infiniti dealer I drove to Fresno Infiniti to test one out. Although the salesman was polite and showed me a car in the show room, he declined to let me drive the car unless I was committed to buy soon. I told him I was testing different makes but probably wouldn't make a commitment for the next 3 months. Being a hot day in Fresno, he asked if there were any more questions and then excused himself from showing me cars outside. This lot had at least 12 G35's on it so their weren't any shortage of cars to show. Has anyone else experienced this? I've heard Fresno isn't friendly but this! I guess I'll just head on down to Van Nuys.
