Left me enough time to go next door to see the Saturns while car in shop....

where do I begin?

The service department changed, it seemed to me, about 2 yrs ago.  Their rental cars were filthy!  NEver cleaned out.  I had mail from the people before me, and McDonald fries under the seat!  That was just the beginning of what was a disastrous slide backwards in service.
