Terrible service after the sale: by celticbass1 on 10-21-09 (05:12PM)

Pros:: They wash your car when you bring it in for an oil change.
Cons:: They do not back products and the dealership blames Honda while Honda blames the dealership

Honda Civics have a problem with rear upper control arms that causes the rear tires to cup VERY early, somewhere between 15,000 and 20,000.
