Pros:: Honest sales department.
Cons:: Service department that offers no service.

About two months ago, I purchased a 2008 Silverado 2500HD with the Duramax/Allison. In the sales agreement I was to receive factory seat covers. It took me two trips to the dealership, (after having to call them since they never contacted me) in order to get them.
