TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Bought a new truck and after driving it 300 miles for personal uses and just outside the 30 money back guarantee my truck broke down. It was damaged from the factory and Penske has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help. They passed me off to GM and 4 people a GM Corp. said the dealer should handle this by getting me a new truck or giving my money back!!! Penske passes to blame and has 0 customer service after a $60k vehicle purchase. Dropped me flat after getting my money!!!!!

I had found a car on the capial one finance app at penske. I was literally a day late on that specific one. Rachel went above and beyond in helping me find a similar deal and car like the ine I missed out on. I found my dream car on the showroom floor and Rachel and the team worked hard in getting me a great deal and amazing financing through GM so I could drive home in my dream car. The penske team was amazing. All my future vehicles will be from Penske.

Your service adviser, Jerry Bronson is the best! He knew that I really needed my car back the same day and let the mechanic know. The mechanic stayed late to finish my car. The mechanic also found out what has been making the noise under my car. I've had this noise for years, and have spent lots of money trying to quiet it. My spare tire had been mounted upside down at the factory! I am really impressed that someone took the time to figure this out. As long as I own GM vehicles, Penske Chevy will always be my go to place for maintenance and repair!

I trust this dealership with all of my truck repair needs. My brakes are fantastic now. The price was reasonable, and my truck was ready when promised. Their shuttle took me home, and came back and picked me up when my truck was ready. This was a big help.
