Honda West is a family-owned dealership, and it shows. Every time I stop in, I see the same salesmen, service staff and clerks that worked there when I bought my Accord in 2001. They sent me the lowest initial internet price of the 3 dealers I contacted, and then went even lower. I've never had a bad experience there and will be a life-long customer!
