Our experience in looking at, test-driving and ultimately purchasing a car at Butler Toyota was as positive as it could be. The key is the sales person, which in our case was Tom Fleck. My wife and I initially couldn't agree on getting either a sports car (my choice) or a hybrid vehicle (her choice), so Tom let us take both for a drive. Tom didn't try to influence our decision, but pointed out the advantages of each. Tom kept in touch by email, and we returned to test drive the '11 Prius for the 2nd time, and again left without making a decision. Once we were ready to purchase, I had the True Market Value information and some internet deals from other dealers, and had no problem reaching a fair price from Butler. It certainly helped to have a sales person who was responsive to our needs, and who was patient enough for us to make up our minds.
