Josh was one of the best salesmen I have ever had in car purchasing! He went above and beyone, spent a lot of time working for me to find the vehicle I wanted and making sure I was happy. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a perfect explanation of all the options and features upon arrival and fixed the settings that are most used for me as well. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend him!

Mr. Ben Robbins, the Service Advisor, has Integrity that I couldn't believe existed in the auto sales/service business!!! First of all, he's so knowledgeable!! On numerous occasions, he's been totally consistent. Our 2017 Audi Q7 Premium was purchased from a well known top auto sales dealership that asked us to have our complaint checked with Audi of Indianapolis. I told him what my complaint was with our Q7. He walked around the front of our vehicle and then told me what the problem was! The selling auto dealership PAID to have the problem corrected!! That was the first of several visits with impressive results.

CALL SALESMAN JUSTIN LOCKE!! This man has done backflips to assure my Audi purchase experience has been 1st Class from the first contact. I purchased a 2020 Audi S8 about one month ago. AMAZING car. I saw the car online and Justin Locke was my first call to talk about this beautiful Audi. We negotiated and Justin was more than fair about the final price. The car was virtually new (3 model years old with 221 (yep - 221) miles)) but had a scratch on the driver's door (I would never have known about the scratch as it was too small to show in the online pics). After I made the purchase, Justin immediately sent the car to Indianapolis Audi's micro-paint expert (YouTube it!). I label that person an "Expert" as the scratch that Justin had fixed is just plain gone! Justin had the S8 shipped to me (I live in Detroit) and I immediately drove this pretty ride to my local expert auto detailers to apply Xpel PPF and to powder coat my wheels gloss black. About two weeks after I had this mechanical wonder in my garage, JUSTIN LOCKE (the CAPS are purposeful - CALL HIM) sent me a little gift which rhymes with all-weather S8 logo floor mats. There was no reason to send me these other than offering a tangible "thank you for your purchase!" I can't say this will happen for you. I CAN say that Justin will make your financially substantial Audi buying experience better than you could expect. It doesn't matter where you live, if you're looking to buy a new or used Audi, call JUSTIN LOCKE at Indianapolis Audi. PLEASE NOTE: I am not Justin's brother, cousin, or family - just a super satisfied Audi owner!

Audi Indianapolis is the place to buy an Audi. Greg Pirinelli made my buying experience enjoyable from the first contact to handing me the keys to our new 2022 RS5. As a Sales Agent myself, I have high expectations from anyone attempting to obtain my business. Candor is key when I have to drive 135 miles one way just to see the car and drive it. I was never disappointed throughout the process. I arrived with financing in place, which makes most dealerships a little snippy, but it wasn't a problem here. Heather M worked with me through the process of finalizing paperwork, warranties, and a botched "overnight" check that ended up in Memphis for an extra day. All in all, I'll be back to see them again for my next purchase. Thank you Greg, Heather, and everyone else that got us into a beautiful car that we absolutely love.

S8 Find

I was interested in replacing my 2009 A8 with a new turbo version. All the '22s were spoken for and the V8 option is no longer available in '23. So I planned to order a '23 S8 as that model is still standard with the turbo V8. Then out of the blue Audi Indianapolis finds a low mileage '21 S8 that was in showroom condition. There aren't a lot of late model S8s out there. It was not a difficult decision to buy the car. Black on black with the 10 spoke wheels and the Executive Package. It's one of those vehicles that just puts a smile on your face. I owe a lot to the whole team at Audi Indianapolis, especially Rob Graves, who takes customer service to another level. The car is amazing!

I love working with the Audi dealership, particularly my sales person, Robert Graves. Rob has been with Audi for many years and knows all there is to know about the each vehicle. He really works hard to understand your needs and help you choose the best option - whether new or pre owned. He has a very low key approach. Never any pressure. His entire team is very professional and accommodating. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
