Sarah M. (from Warranty dept) helped me start the process (by phone) of choosing a new Dodge Ram 4 months before I actually decided. She was very attentive, asked pertinent questions and stayed in touch regularly! Chris M (internet sales) followed up when I visited in person by letting me experience a new Ram on a Sunday!!! He informed me when he found out that my favorite color (hunter green) was now available (the day following my visit). This was the deciding factor to order my truck. He kept me informed when the order was picked up, being built, painted, shipped by train from Mexico and then by truck to Ft. Wayne. He made sure I chose all the accessories I needed and was very accommodating when I was limited on time/days to come pick up my truck. He was very patient as he explained all the new features and spent 2 1/2 hours total with me on pick up day. John K (showroom sales) was very punctual in getting all the paperwork prepared and patient while I looked over my new vehicle. All 3 were very pleasant whenever I contacted them and when I arrived at the dealership in person. It was a very enjoyable and satisfying experience!!!!
