WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

This bodyshop has the worst customer service Ive ever seen.They won't fix your car on the agreed date and time, don't care if they made deep scratches on it and wouldn't care if they missed several parts from your car. If you ask them why it happened they would just say they dont know and they cant watch your car all the time even if it was under their custody.They would waste your time saying come over and you may get your car even if the car was not in good shape(spilled paint, scratches,missing /broken parts). It is hard to believe but it is true and when I saw my car my heart was broken since they did not gave the right treatment to my car. They won't give you any warranty on their work and most of all they would not admit their fault. Totally worst experience no wonder my neighbor dont have any trust with Tom Naquin bodyshop. Have your car fix in other body shop and don't make the same mistake i did before not unless if you want to break your heart and wallet.
