Service dept. is not horrible...wretched!

I leased an Altima and shortly after had problems with it. Took it to the "service" dept, didn't get it back in a timely fashion at all and you would have thought they would since it just drove off the lot, had paint chips on it that didnt exist before, and they did nothing for me but tell me they wouldnt charge me for the damage at the end of my lease so they didnt have to fix it. They accepted no responsibility for anything. Every time I went into the "service" dept. they ignored me and once I spoke up and asked for their help they seemed put off that I interrupted them and would not answer any questions at all. I found that once I started to send my young, cute blonde wife in to talk to them they would immediately help her and try to keep her their longer than necessary. These guys suck and I agree, Greg is a waste of a paycheck some other individual deserves.
