My wife had originally had her heart set on the Mercedes GL 450, but as I explored buying that car at the nearby dealership, the difficulty and obnoxiousness of the conversation really turned my off. Due to the very high pressure tactics, I felt like i was trying to buy a Mitsubishi, not a Mercedes. So, really out of a lark, I stopped in to the Winnetka Land Rover dealership and was met professionally and pleasantly by Ballard. We continued our discussions over a couple of weeks via email, phone, and in person. He did a great job. I have no buyers remorse what so ever with regard to price and selection.
