Shopping for a 2010 Focus for my daughter. Haggerty had the lowest price listed on the internet but I've been buying cars for 35 years and have seen "lowest listed price" disappear once they get you on the showroom floor. I kept waiting for the games to start, but they never did. Our salesman, John, was excellent in all phases of the sale. Gave us time to talk among ourselves rather than hovering over us. Price was right, got what we wanted for her trade in, and got an excellent finance rate. Sales manager was great, as was Brian in the finance office. Best car dealership experience I've ever had, hands down. I've never been a Ford guy, but they'll definitely get my business again.
