I have heard bad things about this place, and we didn't buy our car here, but our dealer sent us here because we needed work on our Hyundai. We took it in on a Monday because the check engine light had come on. When they checked the code, it said there was something wrong with the oil control valve. They looked at it, and it looked fine, and then they told us that there was a non-factory oil filter, and they needed to change the oil. All of this for $150. As we drove off the lot, the check engine light came back on. We brought it in the next day, and they never called us back. I called and talked to a different associate than the one I had previously dealt with, and this one informed me that we needed the oil control valve replaced, and that it had been ordered the day before. How is it possible that they told us nothing was wrong, but they ordered a new oil control valve? The story gets better. About an hour later, I got another call from our original associate and he informs me that they ran a new diagnostic, and we needed to replace the oil control valve. Evidently, he did not know his other associate had all ready told me that the computer said they ordered it the day before. He then told me we had to pay for the second diagnostic even though it said the same thing as the first. He asked if he could hold on to our car over night, and he would call our dealer about warranty. He never called us the next day, so I called him two days later. He told me he had been calling the dealer non-stop, but they would not return his calls. I called the dealer myself, and everything was taken care of over the phone. It has been over a week now, and we still do not have our car. Do not go here.
