I came in for 2 recall notices on the Traverse model. Also had a second row, rear seat that was hard to fold down. Both rear seats were both lub'd and adjusted....working fine.

I called on Wednesday and made an appointment to take my Traverse in for the seat belt recall. I got there and service was very nice and friendly. They took the vehicle right in and it was finished within the 1 1/2 hour time frame they had estimated.

In the war of pot holes vs cars in Chicago, the pot holes seem to be wining. I had to have repairs made to the right front tie rods and preform a front wheel alignment.

I had an issue with the charger for my 2012 Volt. I was greeted a Volt expert. My charger needed replacing but they had none in stock. He was able to solve my problem, he gave me the one from his Volt. Thanks!
