I was contacted by salesperson Jim Sanders, who wanted to buy a car that I had advertised for sale. The dealership owner and general manager, Tom Dempsey, called me back and offered to pay me 14,000 if the vehicle was in the condition advertised. Sanders called me back, and assured me that they "would honor the 14,000 offer that Tom made". After driving an hour to get to the dealership, they made me wait for an hour and a half. Sanders and his sales manager drove the vehicle and found it to be as represented. Sanders then proceeded to try to tell me that the vehicle was worth 2,000 less then the dealer wholesale price (11,000 to 12,000 $). He repeatedly lied. Tom Dempsey lied. They baited and switched. When the owner of a business is dishonest, I guess it is only natural for his employees, like Jim Sanders, to be completely dishonest. I would never let anybody I know do business with these [violative content deleted]!!!
