Pros:
Friendly, non-pushy sales.
Cons:
Poor trade in value offered.

The salesperson I worked with was very nice and not pushy (his name was John).  The whole process was smooth and easy and I would definitely come here again to purchase another car.  The only problem I had was that they REALLY underpriced my trade in.  Even when I challenged him with the KBB valu...
