Thankfully I am able to update/upgrade my review of Bob Lindsey Acura to 4 stars and change my service recommendation from "no" to "yes". The "dent guy" was able to repair my fender to look new. Time will tell if the repair & paint will hold up during future extreme temperature fluctuations, but for now the fender looks like new. This ordeal cost me two additional 60 mile trips to the dealer otherwise I would have given the dealership 5 stars. The service manager accepted responsibility for the damage, did the best he could to correct the dealership error, and lessened my inconvence by providing a loaner.
