Obviously, my negative experience has caused me to see this dealership in a negative way. But everything on this review is written truly. I was in market for a particular vehicle, which this dealership has. I had previously located a nearly identical vehicle, but the problem was how far away that vehicle is. So I decided to call this dealership to see if they can match the other dealer's price (this dealer is in the same state as me). They didn't want to match it, but offered a price that's $1000 more than the other dealer. This wasn't what caused me to be upset. After all, dealerships are supposed to make profits, and negoiations are part of making deals. However, I said I need some time to decide. Then the responses came with an attitude. Sentences like "How much longer do you need to think? it's only $500." I did not appreciate the tone but I said I'll call back. Then the manager calls back the next day and asks if I'm still interested. Needless to say, I decided to check out the other car first, and decide later on. He gives me a huge attitude about how I'm trying to save $500, and maybe I'm not even serious about buying. I'm a customer, and he talks as if it's the other way around. My family are business owners and I see things from both ends. I cannot believe the tone and voice he has. We all know, in today's economy, dealerships are not selling. And yet this used car sales manager gives this kind of attitude to potential customers. I'm very upset. This is the second time I've had negative experiences at these large new-car dealerships. I've bought from small dealerships (family owned, etc.) and had better experiences. I actually never rejected his offer, I simply wanted a bit longer to decide. As a matter of fact, the whole "process" took 2 days. The first day I called, he wanted me to buy right away. Second day he calls, he wants me to buy right away. Basically, if I don't buy from him right away, I'm a criminal. Somehow I'm not given a chance to even consider. Again, this is not a salesman, it's a used car manager. What can you expect from this dealership if the managers are like this?
