This is so depressing to write, because I have purchased my last two Altima's from Orland Park Nissan. The responsiveness of the service department has signifcantly dropped off over that last couple of years. I'm assuming that the numerous problems I have had with my 04 Altima, recalls etc. is part of an overall issue with the quality and durabiltiy of product line in general, but it seems to have jaded the service department. When I go in there they tend to "try" fixes for the issues I'm having, but no real answers. After 12 years of having my cars serviced there I'm finally taking my business elsewhere, and I encourage you to do the same.
