I have been looking for a used Mercedes for several months and contacted the dealer in late October inquiring about a used online offering. The sales person Darius spent a good amount of time explaining the vehicle I had in mind and even went into maintenance for me since I really do almost everything on my own. After about 30 minutes I said that I would be going out of town and would check back in November and was invited to come out and test drive a few cars. The third week of November I visited the dealership with my son who just came in for Thanksgiving. I really want to see the pre-owned inventory. Darius was extremely patient and showed us a few vehicles and recommended that we go out for the test drive. After a good test drive he explained all the features of the car including the warranty and service. I asked for a few minutes of privacy and called my wife for the approval. (this helps keep the marriage smooth) We looked again at the pre owned and after some more discussion; Darius sold me a brand new Mercedes C 300. The buying experience was the best I’ve ever had. I treated with extreme courtesy and honesty. We closed the deal, which was so easy in a few minutes and took the car home that night. I left a personal check as a deposit and took the car home that night. The car is wonderful and more than I ever expected. I have for the last 15 years been driving Hondas and Toyotas which are really good cars. But the Mercedes is a magnificent car. I would recommend Darius and Orland Park Mercedes Benz to anyone that is really serious about buying a great car for a great person. It’s also worth mentioning that the follow up provided by Darius was great. A few days after buying the car he personally followed up with me to see how I was enjoying the car to which I told him that it was fantastic. My son is now thinking about making his next car a Mercedes.
