Justin Farmer the sales rep we dealt with , was very helpful and knowledgeable ,with all the model Land Rovers we looked at . We opted for the HSE model . Daniel Loose the sales manager worked with us on a fantastic price ! He basically let us choose or price , and agreed to the deal . There was absolutely no pressure or haggling on a price ! We were given a more than fair trade allowance , on our car also . We had 4 other offers at 4 other dealers at the time . They beat all the rest by Thousands of dollars . I will be back next year to work out a deal on the Jaguar F-Pace I am interested in .

Very pleased with the sales experience, especially the exceptional attention, knowledge, and enthusiasm of Product Specialist Justin Farmer. He also followed-up whenever additional info was requested. Only reasons to not earn a full 5 stars were a few relatively minor issues: 1) difficulty in getting the Sales Mgr to pin down the selling price in writing, though it was a limited production vehicle that was special ordered; 2) too long waiting on paperwork to complete the delivery process versus not enough time spent at that time to fully explain all the car's operating features; 3) getting slightly less than Kelly Blue Book trade-in value for the trade-in.

I live in Philadelphia Pa which is 13hrs and 800miles away from this Dealership, and I took that drive all because of the way that Chris handled my phone call, He was very professional, Attentive and most important he took the time to listen and was HONEST. I have been searching for a XJL for 3 months and my local dealership would not even hold a phone conversation with me without trying to get me to come into the dealership, Chris answered all my questions and stayed in contact with me even on my travel down. Once I arrived to the dealership Chris was outside waiting on me, His Customer service skills are the BEST. I would take that drive again all because Chris made it well worth the trip.Customer service is the Key to SUCCESS and Chris has it I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP
