After purchasing a Certified pre-owned A4 on Saturday, we were delighted to have the vehicle serviced (detailed and some minor work) the next Monday! Not only was the work completed as agreed to, but the quality of the service exceeded our expectations! The Service Department notified us in advance or the upcoming appointment by email, provided a loaner and kept us apprised of the progress of the work! The work was completed within the promised time period, and was done in a high quality manner! Great experience of the Service Department delivering on what the Sales Department promised!
