Overall, our experience with McGrath of Morton Grove was very positive. We recently purchased a new Acura RDX. Ben was our salesman, and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. We received an online quote (which is key), and McGrath was happy to honor the quote when we arrived. We paid about 32k for an AWD RDX (w/o tech package). Ben took the time to explain every little last detail of the car both before and after purchase. The finance department was equally helpful and we never felt pressured to do anything. It was interesting to see how personnel at this dealership are so well trained that they know when its appropriate to suggest an option/item and when it might be a deal breaker if they push to hard on another item. For example, we expressed very little interest in navigation, and we felt that Ben recognized the need to drop the issue and focus on vehicles that met our expectations. We never felt pressured, and always had this feeling that no dealer could top their customer service. So far, service has been great, and the free car washes are a plus. I would recommend this dealer to all. In terms of the RDX, I would recommend it to anyone interested in a higher end compact/mid SUV. The RDX comes fully loaded (leather, sunroof, heated seats, dual climate, backup camera, etc.) in the base model without navigation. Other companies make you pay for each and every one of these options, and at the end of the day, their prices cannot compete with the RDX. We found that most other SUVs in the same class were about 35k and above for the same options.
