This was a completely pain-free experience. Mills Chevy gave me a fair trade-in value for my Suburban and had a good price on the certified Suburban I bought. The shining star in all of this was Nate Woolsey. He patiently followed up on all of my questions (I always have a lot) and kept the communication flowing from my initial contact right through until I picked up the vehicle. He even answered an email I sent to him on his day off. I drove 5.5 hours one-way to Mills Chevrolet for this vehicle.
