Service Department—I have been taking my vehicles here for 14 years. Every occasion has been highly efficient and productive. Every member is highly qualified, capable, and eager to do the work with outstanding results.

I was buying my first car (had been using a family vehicle) and I was a bit apprehensive. Austin (salesperson) and Shawn (finance person) both took a LOT of time making sure I understood everything. Their demeanor put me at ease. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Great Car Purchase

I just purchased a new Civic from Honda of Lisle. It could not have been a better experience. I was given a great price, much better than I had seen elsewhere. And my trade-in allowance was also quite fair. There was not any high-pressure sales on the car or the financing. My new car was prepared just as I had requested and all of the new functionality was explained to my satisfaction. The entire process was a pleasure and enhanced the joy of getting my new car. Honda of Lisle has my highest recommendation.

Transparent Sales Process, Fair Deal

Simple, straight forward process. Talked with our salesman Bob Woods. We knew the vehicle we wanted. Spent 20 minutes talking numbers and then bought the car. We got a fair deal on the car we wanted with great service. It's hard to ask for more than that. Highly recommend the dealer and Bob.

A pleasurable experience

This was our 5th lease through Lisle Honda. We keep returning here because of the great experience when we lease and after the purchase for any service work. Our sales person, Mike Harvey, did an outstanding job of getting us the best deal. He did an excellent job of explaining all details of the process and features of the new Civic We are thrilled with out new Civic and look forward to returning in 3 years to Lisle Honda Thanks Pam and Greg

the sales staff is lacking in the knowledge of their vehicles, i.e. the cost of the options they sell and what is included, not very willing to spend the time with me after the sale to explain some of the features.

Just purchased a new to me used vehicle and couldn't be more pleased! As a female shopper one usually avoids auto shopping but not at Honda of Lisle. I felt no pressure and walked out in under an hour with a great car! The financing and purchase process was ideal and the store was friendly and convenient. If you're looking for a great car, either new or used this should be the first place you shop! The deal was great, the service was phenomenal and the experience was second to none!

My experience was VERY easy and painless. Bob was great from start to finish. He was constantly asking if I understood all parts of the buying process and was very careful to explain all aspects of the new vehicle. Definitely would recommend Honda of Lisle to others!

I bought a Honda Pilot from Honda of Lisle on 12/16/2016. The store was very busy providing the best service to its customers. The salesmen Sager Abu Roman and Joshua Malinski provided the best service to help me buying a Honda Pilot 2017. I am very happy with my 2017 Honda Pilot. It has been a long time since I have purchased a car, it took 2 hours to complete the whole transaction, Both Sager and Joshue were very patient with me. They provided me with the best options for financing. They explained all the features included in thecar. I will definitely go back to the same dealer ask for Sager and Joshue to buy my second Honda in the near future. What appeared to me that the whole team at Honda of Lisle was great. Both Sager and Joushua are true professionals who listen and try to get the best deal for their customers. My experience with them was beyond excellent. Thank you Sager and Joshue.

Great experience - 2016 Odyssey

This is the third Honda Odyssey we have gotten from Honda of Lisle and this experience was just as good as the last two experiences. Sager was extremely helpful, responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable about the Honda products and was able to answer all of our questions. Bob (finance) was also great and made the signing process super easy and smooth. We were in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour after we decided which vehicle we wanted. I would definitely recommend Sager and Honda of Lisle if you are looking to purchase or lease!

I have been to several Honda Dealerships before and have had okay or terrible service in the past. This is our third time going back to Honda of Lisle and have had another great experience purchasing a new car. I would highly recommend this location and the salesman Mike Dalpino. We currently live in Schaumburg and will go out of the way to go to this location for the service. Highly recommend this dealer ship and their sales team.
