I actually had a rather pleasant sales associate, Craig. He was very laid back and patient, nearly spent 3 hours with us in all. However, the pain started once we began the price negotiations. Craig worked with our needs and took back our price counters back to the financial guy, however, this financial gentleman was the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. Basically this finance guys approach was one of intimidation and games. He basically made a scene in front of the entire store because we were not agreeing to his questionable terms and by scene I mean screaming and raising his voice in front of other customers. We were able to get close to the price we wanted, but given the other feedback I have heard on this dealership, I would not trust anything they promise including the price. Shop there at your own risk!!
