Bad service experience under warrantied car

Bad customer service and not acceptabe professilanl attitude.

My Toyota 07 is under warrantied. My 6 CD changer stopped working, so I took my car for repair at that delaer. Their service associates charged me a dignose fees of $60 and their supposely trained technician couldn't even repair it. I argued and they wouldn't listen. So here I am none working 6 C...
