Gregory is not a bad dealer when it comes to service. They're just the typical "all is OK" dealership... They smile at you and tell you "we don't hear it, we don't feel it, we found nothing wrong with the car" -- Typical lazy people, who'd rather look the other way. After repeated complaints I took my Sonata to another dealer, 45 minutes away, who was able to hear the noise withing 3 minutes, identify the problem and SOLVE it. Yes, a faulty part needed to be replaced. I don't trust Gregory's service anymore. Sorry guys, you kept blowing it time after time.
