Pros:
Internet sales, honest, have a huge inventory
Cons:
Very busy, had to wait a while to do paperwork

Recieved quote over internet, made the deal much eaiser then haggling over a desk. Jeff Heda was courteous and honest in dealing over the internet.Ramon Odom, our in person sales representative was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone at Phillips made our buying experience a good one.
