READ REVIEW OF ELGIN HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP SALES
Elgin Hyundai is under new management and it shows. I inquired online about some options and was quickly contacted by new internet sales manager Dave Z.
After discussing some option ideas on the phone, I went in with my wife with the idea of trading in our beloved 2003 Elantra GT. After some discussion we put a bid on a certified 2005 Hyundai Tucson
Instead of going back and forth with the sales manager, Dave brought me the owner (Tony) to talk directly with. We had some spirited discussions but finally we both came to an agreement and a deal was done! He told me he wanted to earn my business and he really did!
How many times do you get to make a deal with the owner - not too many in this day and age of high pressured sales men and huge dealerships
2 days later, I came in to get the final paperwork and the owner came right up to me, said hello by name and what else he could do to help!
Give these guys a shot -Hyundai has a great product, great warranty, low prices and at least at Elgin Hyundai, ownership that respects you
