Elgin Hyundai

Here is my personal experience when I tried to buy a new car. I received a written quote for a new car and corresponded back and forth via email and phone calls. This was done to narrow down to the exact car, terms, and EXACT PRICE. When I walked into the dealership with the quoted and AGREED price, the person that I was talking to and emailing, conveniently disappears, and I am told a new salesman takes her place. When I present the written and AGREED price, I am told they will not honor it. The sales manager is even presented it and he rejects it. INSTEAD THEY TRY TO GET ME TO PAY A MUCH HIGHER PRICE. I walked! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They try to bait you with a fake quote and purposely switch people around to claim they have no clue what is going on... CLASSIC SALESMEN. There is NO ONE you can trust. By the way, you will NOT be impresssed by how the building looks. IT IS OLD, CRAMPED, RUN DOWN, AND OUT DATED. You will also notice how the salesman act. They will behave cocky and arrogant, right in front of you. Try going to Patrick Hyundai, Gregory Hyundai, or Rosen Hyundai. You will see a BIG DIFFERENCE. I am not trying to bad mouth a business for the hell of it. I am just telling my own experience. Hopefully you will take it into consideration. Good luck with your shopping : ).
