I totally agree after read review from lionessjacky...I had a very unpleasant experience with Max madsen service dept. My engine check light on..went to service dept. diagnose shows P0400 EGR system..service manager told me it will cost approximately $159 to fix the problem ..I said OK lets do it.. after drive out the dealer in less than 24 hours..check engine light on again..call Max madsen, they said the earliest appointment they can schedule me is next month...I than took my car to a different garage...paid $89 for engine diagnose..found same code P0400 EGR..finally got back to Max madsen the very next month, service manager John Hanson told me it can't be the same issue since we had fixed the problem...he asking for another $350 to fix the car...I than took car to a different Mitsubishi dealer....their diagnose is same P0400 EGR..I bring back to Max madsen ask them to fix the problem..they charged me $350.08 ...now I paid total of $509 for the same problem..and guess what? engine check light on again with same diagnose code after two days of their repair...and they refuse to refund my money.
