I had a very pleasant experience buying my first car solo. I have been to Miles years ago and we didn’t end up buying there because of the dickering on price. I knew what I was willing to pay and Kevin made it happen without a lot of back and forth ..lot less stress involved this time.

He took the time to explain the true benefits of the extended warranty and preventive care of the vehicle, and we made those investments to ensure our vehicle will last a long time. 10/10 awesome experience!

My experience with the Miles staff was exceptional. Dustin and Cody were exceptional. Dusitn helped me with me with my cell phone and getting registered with OnStar. I will recommend Miles to all my family and friends. Over the last 30 years, I have bought 6 cars and 2 trucks from this dealership.

Jerrod, my salesperson, was very personal, and patient with me in making a choice of purchasing new 2016 vehicle. He explained the pluses as well as minuses of each vehicle I might be interested in driving for the next years. I never felt any pressure to purchase any certain vehicle. In fact, once I decided on a model, he found one in the same color that was a bit more inexpensive!!! I would highly recommend to my friends to ask for him when purchasing a new car. The actual closing of the deal went very smoothly. All personnel involved were more than friendly and helpful.

I saw the car I wanted at Miles Chevy on Autotrader.com, a 2011 Camaro SS with 4200 miles. After talking to Daniel and Todd we made a deal and I came all the way from Cape Coral, Florida on Black Friday 2014 with my wife and 2 kids (9 & 4y/o)! Can you say ROAD TRIP?! We flew to Peoria and the driver, Gene, was waiting for us at the airport. He was very friendly and courteous. We had a good conversation on the hour plus drive that made the time go by much faster. Once we arrived our salesman, Daniel, went out of his way to make us feel at home and comfortable as he managed 2 deals at the same time. That young man has a great future in sales, no pressure, no b/s attitude. Because of the flight and drive to the dealership we arrived at Miles Chevy just before 7pm. We were out on our Camaro on the way to a hotel around 8:30pm, well after the dealership closes. The deal took a little over an hour to complete which is normal, Miles closes at 8pm... I have to give these guys a big thumbs up. In no time did anyone seemed rushed or mad that they had to stay late to complete our deal. Daniel asked to please call him or send him a text when I made it home to make sure everything went well. It was a very pleasant experience. The car more than exceeded our expectations. We drove back to Fl with no issues and its our weekend car. Im going to copy and paste this review on several websites and try to get these guys some more business. What a big difference a small town dealer makes! And the kids, well, they flew on an airplane and played in the snow for the first time! Geri Morell Cape Coral, Fl
