My wife and I leased a Honda Civic LXS from continental Honda last month and were so pleased I was compelled to let others know about this excellent experience. (This is my first online review I've ever written for a car or dealership) I looked at Hondas at a dealership several miles from home. I have never been a big fan of the car buying experience, and that visit did nothing to change my mind. I decided to try Continental Honda in Countryside, Illinois as it was convenient to my place of work, and thought that might be convenient for service when needed. We were shown and drove Civics, and Honda Fit models as my wife was still undecided. The salesman, Brent Seavey could not have been more patient and helpful during 2 visits ending with our new Civic Lease. Brent is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable about Honda, as well as other competing vehicles in the price range. (I had done extensive online research on different models). I learned while visiting that Continental and Honda Motors invest heavily in product training for their sales staff. Brent walked us through the entire process while never pressuring for a sale. He introduced me to the service manager who took the time to show us around the service area and explain the warranty service process (Great coffee section in the waiting area!). At delivery Brent explained and demonstrated every feature of the vehicle and patiently answered every question we had. I can honestly say that we have another car replacement within the next 2 months and it will be another Honda from Brent and Continental!
