My experience at Grossinger was nothing short of Amazing. I found a car I liked off the internet and wrote them about it. Very quickly I had a response from a dealer there named Brad G. From beginning to end he was nothing short of perfect. He was perfectly knowledgeable and helpful. The sales manager Ray also had a big hand in my sale, but whatever request and challenge I gave them, they were ready for. Each department I worked with in completing my sale was friendly and helpful. And before I knew it I had a brand new car that I love!!! I will be utterly disappointed if Brad G. stops selling cars, as he has made a customer for life! Thank you so much to Grossinger for such a positive and fun experience!!!
