Pros:
Great service department
Cons:
Maybe to some--- they are located in downtown Chicago

Service dept. treated me like I had some inteligence (if they're great actors who cares!)

Different buyers have different needs and requirements.

They stuck with me on some of the modifications I needed to do on my Pilot.
