Pros:

No pressure sales, feature knowlegeable, if they don't have what you want, they will find it

Cons:

Service department only open until 5:00pm for repairs, but you can pick you car up until 8:00pm

I have been to alot of car dealers in the chicago land & suburban dealers to buy new/used cars & trucks in my lifetime and Lattof is the best one I have dealt with.  From the sales staff, financial, and service people, they are number one on my list.  I have purchased my last 3 cars and 2 trucks ...

Service repairs at Lattof

Pros:

Usually get your isse resolved the first time you bring it in

Cons:

Service repair are only open until 5:00pm but you can pick up your car/truck until 8:00pm

I have purchased my last 5 cars from Lattof and have had service done by them.

Service writers greet you as soon as you come in and communicate well to understand your issue and try get you problem resolved the first time correctly.
