I bought a used car from Rokstad a few years ago. First, the salesman was way pushy. Then when I was ready to negotiate they kept passing me between several different sales people who didn't know what the person before them had said. I got the feeling they were trying to tire me out. When I finally decided to purchase a vehicle the process was a pain: After test driving the car I noticed that the starter was bad and I said that I would buy it if they replaced it. They called and said the car was ready the next day and when I came in to check it and make the deal I had to show 3 forms of ID's to purchase the vehicle and when ready to sign at the table they threw in the TT&L fees. Yeah, I admit I had made the mistake of telling them I needed the car badly, and they took advantage of it. They gave me a 3 day test period. Sure enough, the starter had not been replaced, so I went back and had to argue my way into having it replaced without paying for it! [violative content deleted] I will never go to Rokstad again.
