Dissapointed

I was dissapointed in the service that my husband and myself had received at Smith Honda, also Smith Chevrolette. The floor manager was extremely arrogant and when he went back to "see what he can do" he was saying innapropriate things and being very unprofessional, and complaining about how he was getting "droggy" My husband and I could hear them talking since we were the only's ones left in the office, and just a few feet away. We confronted him and he continued to go back and act the same way. I did not appreciate the attitude there and will never go there again. He really screwed it up for the sales person that we were dealing with because the salesman was very good to us and we were going to make a deal with him until that happened. Extremely unprofessional.

Unfortunately we do not like to hear any customer is unsatisfied with any part of us as a dealer. It is our policy to try to correct any situation that someone has felt is wrong on there be half. With this customer we tried everything and nothing could be done to satisfy them. We agreed to everyone of there terms of the car deal (and that changed 3 different times). After the incident took place that evening they had left, and apparently are upset enough to write a bad review or comment. If in fact they are that upset than it is kind of puzzling to us why the next day and days following they tried to purchase the car that they were inquiring about. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to obtain financing for these customers, we believe this is the real reason this customers disappointment with us.
