I foolishly fell for the $2000 trade in gimmick. It took 4 hours to get "approved". When I finally was "approved" they only had 2 cars they could sell me. My salesperson, Dave Fairchild, was friendly and fair. The process took less than 1 hour to complete and I drove away with my used Suzuki SX4. I drove multiple cars on their lot and all of them were clean and problem free. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
