I don't understand your "especially for a Hyundai" comment. Since when is GMC considered an elite brand?? Have you checked reliability ratings for GMC on Consumer Reports? While the Acadia looks like a nicely finished vehicle (although it could stand to go on a diet- read any car mag's review of the Acadia or it's blood-brothers), I didn't even give it a consideration when purchasing the Hyundai. Why? Because of GM's history of reliability. They've improved but not enough for me to spend my hard-earned money on one of their vehicles. Haven't own an American brand in 27 years. Not about to start now.

the shame I have felt over the purchase of the Azera (I picked up the car on Aug. 1st and to this day I have not told any of my brothers and sisters as well as my parents of the purchase - honest). Really?? Then why buy a Hyundai?? Try having the front struts replaced on your own dime if it is causing you so much pain. Hope things ease up for you.

hyundai_slsmn: RE: 344 You stated that if anyone has any questions about anything Hyundai, shoot. Referring to another topic in this forum "Azera Front End Problems". I am about at the end of my rope regarding the front end problems with my Azera. I have contacted Consumer Affairs no less than 12 times and of course I have my "case number". I have had a meeting with my service manager and a district parts and service manager. I have two questions. Is your dealership (service manager) aware of the "dreaded clunk" and can you shed any information/resolutions on the "dreaded clunk". I cannot put into words the frustration, the angry, the rage, the disappointment, and the shame I have felt over the purchase of the Azera (I picked up the car on Aug. 1st and to this day I have not told any of my brothers and sisters as well as my parents of the purchase - honest). While I understand that you are a salesman, I am genuinely interested in what you have to say and am happy to provide more background if you would like. Please send some words of hope. JMJK
