Earlier this month I purchase a 2012 2.0T Limited w/cargo tray in MA. $26,000 negotiated purchase price -500 loyalty rebate -500 motozuma match +70 all weather mats & mudflaps + 300 dealer fees + MA tax The dealer is fairly new and had a very large inventory. They also gave me $1200 for my falling apart 2000 elantra. Overall Im happy with the deal.. still getting used to the funky transmission downshifts though.

Had a very good experience at Bernardi's Hyundai in Brockton, MA. These guys treat you like you are on Lexus dealership. Started with email negotiations; got an offer with picture of window sticker (insteald of listing all the options). Came back and closed the deal. No game played, no bulls..t offers. Initially agreed to finance a portion of the payment; later on dealer agreed to accept full payment in cash.

Picking up tonight my dad's Silver Elantra GLS over gray interior with Preferred Package, carpeted floor mats and cargo tray for 19,600 Out The door. Dealer's price for the car was 18,600, but dropped to invoice (18,306) + 6.25% MA Tax + $100 Title transfer + $150 for the dealer. Although I was going to pay cash, I had to finance $5000 with agreement to pay off not sooner than 3 months. I dealt mostly with Internet Sales Manager (really a salesman working on the salary) over the phone and then with General Sales manager. The latter seemed like a straight up guy who was honest from the get-go. He said he only had 2 GLS with least additional options on the lot (and showed both to me). Then he said they must finance as they get a kick back from the bank, so he can hold the price low. I will report if there were any games after picking the car tonight.
